MISSION
Royal Christian College is a Christ-centered, non-sectarian, educational college which helps to contribute to the spiritual,
physical, moral, intellectual and professional upliftment of the students, faculty and staff exemplified in its classroom
and off campus activities.
Specifically, Royal Christian College aims:
* To establish, create, develop and practice the Christ - Centered life among its students, faculty and staff.
* To establish Airline Management, Travel and Tourism Management and other focused Management, Business, International
studies, Education, Commerce, Elementary and Secondary, College Institution, Science related courses, a School Aiming for
Excellence.
* To foster, competent, quality conscious, and socially responsible citizens of the country;
* To assist, promote and help provide scholarship grants, Sponsorship Programs, Study in Financial Assistance Programs
and Research.
The long-term goal of Royal Christian College is to establish a university with high quality under-graduate education that
has a regional (Asia-Pacific Region) and international orientation.
Section 3. A Brief History of RCC
Royal Christian College of Cebu City is a Christ-Centered, non-sectarian, educational institution of higher learning where
a well-rounded program of education is offered under influences that strengthen faith and build up character.
RCC was founded as Electronics and Technological Institute of Cebu City, Inc. (ETICC) in 1985, but its Articles of Incorporation
were amended and the name of the College was changed to Technological Institute of Cebu City, Inc. (TICC)
on June 16, 1988.
In February 1994 the incorporation of TICC sold it to Mr. Nelson Garcia’s family from Mr. Eliseo P. Rom, the former
TICC President.
Then, In July 1995 Rev. Ruth Barnard became Steward / President and overseer of all RCC school operation. And
In November 4, 1995, decided to change the name of TICC to Royal Christian College and in April 2000, RCC full control
of operations was transferred to Capt. Antero Roy N. Book as President of RCC.
